Molayem Capital is run by three partners out of Altamonte Springs, Florida. Between them they cover acquisitions, asset management and the operating businesses. There is no committee between you and a decision.

    Jonathan Molayem

    Founder

    Jonathan's commercial real estate journey began in 2001 with the Hampton Inn in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia.

    In 2004 he founded Acquivest, an M&A advisory firm, and has since transacted more than $1 billion in aggregate value. He also serves as a Managing Director at venVelo.

    He holds a BS in Chemistry from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. He is a supporter of Larger than Life.

    Partner, Commercial Real Estate

    Zack joined Acquivest in 2021 as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate.

    He brings more than nine years of portfolio experience spanning acquisitions, investment and asset management, development and syndication, and has executed over $75 million in transactions in the last five years.

    He was previously a partner in two web businesses with more than $30 million in sales and a team of over 80 people. He holds an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business and was named an Entrepreneurial Scholar of Distinction at venVelo.

    Partner, Sales and Marketing

    Oshrat leads business development and marketing, and has supported Acquivest and JonOsh Properties since 2010.

    She serves on the advisory boards of venVelo, Erbon Software and Ace Air Conditioning. Previously she was a Senior Product Manager at Keter Plastics.

    She holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ort Braude and an Executive MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business. She served as a Sergeant and Trainer in the IDF, and is active with West Volusia Runners, Rotary International and Larger than Life.
